Stanisław Wyspiański is leading painter and poet from ‘Młoda Polska’ artistic period - the Polish variation of Art Nouveau style.

He is the author of plays - the most famous ‘Wesele’ is a symbol of Poland at the beginning of 20th century.

As a paiter he is well known of watercolors ( wild flowers. farmers children faces ) and stained glass windows, the best example is in church of Saint Francis of Asissi, on the opposite side of the Old City.

The exhibition shows the life of the artist through various personal belongings, projects for stained glass window, skeches, and smaller paintings.
